What –
Enjoy a ride Scenic Raft Trip on “Big Blue”, the most comfortable raft ride on the Yellowstone. Big Blue is equipped with 9 padded chairs and is unarguably the best raft ride on the scenic Yellowstone. Guests can also lounge on Blue’s large side and front chambers (up to 12 adults comfortably). Guests on Big Blue are introduced to world-class scenery, wildlife, Native American history and Yellowstone River culture on this 2-2.5 hour scenic trip.
Where –
Each trip is customized to the location of the guests and River status. Sleeping Giant will contact you the day prior to your trip with the meeting location, google map location and time.
How –
Guests of 6 or less meet at a designated river access and are shuttled up river by their guide. They are then treated to a lifetime memory as they float down the longest free-flowing river in the lower 48 states. You vehicle will be waiting for you at the end takeout so you can make a quick exit toward your next adventure!

Shuttle Fees
Guests of 7 or more, which includes a $35/vehicle shuttle fee at checkout, will meet at the outfitter-determined launch location. The vehicle(s) will be moved during the trip, and will be waiting for you when you exit at the takeout.
Private Guided Scenic Raft trips include life jackets (please comment if a child or infant life jacket is required), a cooler with ice – Drinks and snacks are encouraged. Alcohol is permitted for ages 21 and older.
Guided Inflatable Kayak Adventure
Captain your own inflatable kayak as a professions guide teaches and leads you down the Yellowstone River. The IK’s (for short) are nimble, stable, and quick. They’ll be sure to keep you smiling ear-to-ear your entire trip.

Overnight Raft Adventure
Our overnight options are a truly unique way to experience the Yellowstone River and Paradise Valley Montana.
If you have the camping gear (bag, pad, tent) and want a little extra adventure, then this is the trip for you! We offer overnight guided camp floats that include Lunch, Dinner, Breakfast. Guests are welcome to bring extra food and beverages, alcohol permitted for 21 and older.
Day 1 – We put in deep in Paradise Valley and float down 10-15 river miles. We’ll provide lunch during one of our few stops along the way. We’ll then continue down river to camp along some of the best views in Paradise. A 3-course dinner is provided (we take our food seriously and only serve the best meals!).
Day 2 – We’ll serve an amazing breakfast spread before we tear down camp. We then put back onto the river for an additional 7-8 miles.
Madison River Scenic Raft Trip
Under Madison SRP – 354
We now offer trips on the lower Madison River just west of Bozeman. The Madison River is surround by stunning cliffside water that meanders down river toward the Missouri River Confluence. These 2.5 hour scenic raft trips are a faster way to get out on the water if you are staying in the greater Bozeman area.
Madison River Guided Inflatable Kayak Trip

WOW! This trip is one of a kind! You can expect to avoid the crowds on this river adventure by putting on the water down river of the fisherman and general public. This lower section offers two types of adventures.
Half Day Kayak trip – Put on the river below the crowds and kayak in your own utopia down river for about 2-3 hours.
Full Day Kayak trip – Spend the full day away from the main thoroughfares a crowd. This trip takes you through the braided sections of the lower Madison River and ends at the Missouri River confluence.
